The HIV/AIDS epidemic remains an acute global problem of the
XX and of the XXI century. Today, 34 million of people live
with HIV/AIDS. As a result of the spread of the disease, and
more than 16 million people died in the past 20 years. This
figure can be compared only to the number of victims of the
Second World War and to the plague epidemics in the Middle Age.
Meanwhile, the number of infected people is constantly increasing.
They live among us and need our help.

books and articles have been written on that issue but this
